Welp, I’m screwed. If I get 4 hours it’s been a really good night.
Ambien, Sonata, nothing helps now. Tried everything that you can list for years, can’t shut my brain down.
Go to sleep and I'm awake for no reason four or five hours later, and that's it for the night.
#5 Ambien will give you nightmares and bad withdrawals. I tried that some 15 years ago when I had trouble sleeping.
I was eating junk food and drinking sodas.

Change eating habits. No soda or chips. No drinks after 6pm. The Melatonin can help by giving you a long night sleep then after a week you can stop using it for good.
I will wake up every 2 to 4 hours because I fallen off the wagon and have had late night snacks and drinks.
