I think her blouse didn’t fit right and kept plunging lower, and she was self conscious that she wore such a low cut top in the first place, so she had to keep pulling it up so as not to expose her bra or any more of her breasts. Not a well thought out clothing choice on her part. Par for the course since she’s pretty much a bimbo. Giving the blondes a run for their money.
I think it is hilarious that so many women who talk about their safety concerns, that others-mostly males-look at their body before their brains, want to be respected in public, etc...wear the lowest cut tops to present their breasts for all to see. Sometimes it is just a distraction from their brainless speech- like you know, like, like!!!
