I’m not convinced by this - all they would accomplish would be weakening leftists in red States, as they took most of the vaccines (by percent). It is odd...but most of the country is red, so statistics can get skewed here.
Considering how elections get resolved these days (votes counted as opposed to cast) it might not matter to the Left if many on their side are alive to vote or not.
