Part of the time it is “Slo Joe” but at other times it is a “NOT JOE” acting as if it is “Slo Joe”

There are more than 1 “NOT JOE’s”

And they are using editing magic with green screens and computer enhancement to hide the reality.

This is all a 5-G war tactic.

You can believe me or not. I am totally serious about this. I first saw this at Biden’s #ComDem Presidential Nomination Acceptance Speech. It was pre recorded and it was NOT JOE.
