The headline is misleading.
The action was initiated by an organization named the NLPC. A quick Google search reveals a conservative organization with impressive credentials. The Wikipedia entry called them “right-wing”, but then went on to list a number of achievements in court actions. Some even resulted in prison sentences for the people they exposed.
