Why is the owner in such a hurry to tear the house down?
There are lots of questions that still need to be answered. Not saying the accused is innocent, but what’s the hurry. Trial isn’t over. There may be evidence in the house that would benefit the defendant.

The police have obviously released it back to the owner. It has zero value because it will never be able to be sold. I doubt the owner can rent it out anymore
