I can say a relative used to have a lot of migraines, but her migraines completely disappeared when she started eating fewer carbs and started working out. They had been loosely tied to her menstrual cycle.
Her family could never figure out how they disappeared after two decades. Now, with this, she may understand how.

I’m a type 1 diabetic. I can’t avoid insulin, and I can’t just “eat less carbs”. I also get terrible migraines.
