Pregnenolone makes beta carotene last longer. Beta carotene makes vitamin c last longer. So these 3 can have a similar effect.
Potassium makes calcium last longer.
Sodium makes magnesium last longer. Magnesium makes some vitamins last longer.
The body can use tryptohan, a protein part, to make niacin, so consuming foods with protein can have a similar effect to taking niacin.
