If large teen guys with poor impulse control have to be in the school, it is totally irresponsible to expect small women to teach them.

If large teen guys with poor impulse control have to be in the school, it is totally irresponsible to expect small women to teach them.

So, a 5'9" 160 lbs. man gets the honor of teaching the 6'6" 270 lbs. teenager with low impulse control. Does he get extra pay for hazardous duty?

Suppose there is a male teacher who is 6'4" and 230 lbs. Does this teacher get the honor of instructing ALL of the young scholars with low impulse control and breaking up all the fights? Extra pay for this, of course? But, if he uses force on the out of control young man, he may be arrested and featured on the 6 pm news for being a racist oppressor.
