If Cameron and the rest of the Left really believe that half the population has to die to “protect the environment”, then I would be only too happy to volunteer to help them exterminate themselves. Not only would it remove their “carbon footprint”, but the moral climate would improve dramatically as well.

Agreed. After the wealthy have been helped to do the right thing, a pause can be taken to determine if anyone else thinks more needs to be done.
