As the points represent the supermassive singularity in the center of a galaxy, that is around 300,000 light years represented by each point.

I'm completely aware of the distance between stars and galaxies and 'black' holes. I'm a space buff. It's my favorite science, astronomy.
I was just trying to be silly, and some people can't understand such things without the sarcasm tag attached.
