Jill was already a classroom teacher and had 2 Bachelors and 2 Masters degrees long before she got her Ed.D.
And you are right, none of that gives her any government creds nor makes her able government-wise.
Being married to Joe Biden for 45+ years might give her some political creds.

Besides being a U.S.Senator, Harris has been in "politics" since 1990. She has a pol sci degree and has a spit-load of government experience. She was Willie Brown's squeeze which got her into a slew of different politically appointed government jobs.
Those things give her creds, government & political-wise.
And you are right, all that doesn't make her able, as we have been shown.

You might consider what you said here. Not sure if being spouse of Joe is a credit or debit to anything. His lackluster career in the Senate was highlighted with a violence against women act that didn’t do anything beyond the laws that were already in place.

He was admitted to the Delaware bar in 1969.

As vice president he threatened over a billion dollars in loan guarantees he was sent to the Ukraine to give them with with drawing it unless the prosecutor that was investigating his son’s company he was a board member of for corruption was terminated and the investigation stopped. Plus he was proud of it. Shows people just how crooked the Ukraine government is after folding up to Biden and embarrassing them and now they have Biden and the liberals in their pocket for war money.

She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Delaware, master’s degrees in education and English from West Chester University and Villanova University, and returned to the University of Delaware for a doctoral degree in education.

But that’s not what they are trying to accomplish here as they are leaning on the term “doctor” to try to sell her to the public that she is qualified to have an active part of the federal government. None of her education covers that other than the thousands of people that get as little as a two year AA for required political science classes.

One of those situations where the education doesn’t match up with the degree for useful purposes. And until she has her hand taken off Joe’s finger on the launch trigger, she is a true threat to the world. But she’s a doctor...right? So that qualifies her to be ignorant.
