Using your inactive LLC as a generalized example for LLCs is using a non-probability sample. You LLC is not close to reality for active LLCs. Using it to generalize other LLCs is misleading and inaccurate. Consulting is different than media is different than tourism is different than software et al. Ransomware hijacking is not unique to your LLC.

Registrations, renewals, and expirations of LLCs is similar from business to business, and from state to state, regardless of the type of business being done under the name.

Like a web domain that expires, and becomes available for others to use, a business name that has not been renewed can be picked up by others to register and use.

And as I demonstrated above, the exact same LLC business name can be registered by many different people in many different states.

LLCs have to be renewed yearly. If not renewed, someone else can register and use the name.

So all the digging around for connections between old LLCs is meaningless.

Your tactics against some people who formed a media company is strikingly similar to the cancel tactics used against Yeonmi Park, the girl who escaped from North Korea, and years later made it to the USA, attended college, wrote some books and gave lectures.
