But will we have what happened in Chicago in 1979, when after a major blizzard in mid-January 1979 the temperature never reached above freezing until LATE March 1979? That storm cost the re-election of one Mayor and was an economic disaster for that city.

Minneapolis area has received 55” of snow this winter.
They can get 100”, so just an average winter so far.
My sister lives in the Minneapolis area and she has not been able to get her snowblower working this winter. She says she uses a shovel... A good yank on the cord should get it to start up. (I am in Calif so cannot help)
