Statements like this are puzzling to me.
“Wind”?
In space?
“Repel?”
Gravity (mass) attracts.
What force is there that “repels”?
Gravity is not the only force. Other things have energy that has an outward force like light, alpha particles, neutrons, gamma rays, etc. These impact dust and impart energy in a direction. Gravity becomes dominant in black holes when even light energy cannot escape. These are all lower than black hole gravity events where there is plenty of energy and mass outflow (energy and mass have the relationship e=mc2).
