I bet "Taco Bell Cantina" succeeds. Inexpensive food plus alcohol sounds like just the thing for a recession.
By the way, the notion that Taco Bell serves Mexican food is not quite right. Taco Bell serves the indigenous, traditional cuisine of Southern California
