Doesn’t look like it’s online, so guess we’ll have to see. However, I trust Barnes’ interpretation that Pfizer is attempting to use the shield of the government as their defense. I and others predicted that’s how it would obviously play out, long ago, on vaccine charges writ large.
Per the SPARS exercise ran by John Hopkins in 2018, simulating a novel corona infection spread in the US, which has so far played like a movie script of what we’ve seen so far, the next step will be sufficient vaccine damages to warrant citizen pressure on Congress to remove any government protections by law of the vaccine companies, so guess we’ll see about that as well.
