You would think that higher vaccine rates would provide the herd immunity in states with high population densities. However, high population densities enable the spread with greater efficiency that outstrips the protection the vaccine affords.
That’s fiction unless you can prove it. I have seen research indicating the more vaccine doses, the more likely to get Covid. You have a theory, that’s all.
