Some of the Russian soldiers in Ukraine have stolen toilets while looting civilian houses there. And yes, they shipped the toilets back to Russia. Outhouses are common in rural areas and villages.==
It is bullshit because there no parcel service on a front line at all.
Secondly the whole thing is a psyop myth of Russophobia.
Russian soldiers in Ukraine may not have access to public shipping companies like FedEx or UPS in the US, but they were doing great removing things from Kherson as they retreated. Home theft like toilets, washing machines, TVs, microwaves, and big stuff like tractors and other farm machines, ambulances, buses, fire engines, etc. Wholesale thievery of anything mobile.
Any peace deal will need to include inspection of Russia and troops as they leave Ukraine to confiscate stolen property.
