I had two female bosses at the end of my career. One was the best boss I ever had. She was married and a mom. She knew how to manage people.
The other one was the worst, meanest, vilest boss I ever had. She was married, but never had kids. She didn’t have a clue about how to manage people.
All women are at least a “4” on the hot/crazy matrix.
I never want another female supervisor.
The last one drove to a couple of nervous breakdowns.
Not saying there aren’t good ones out there.
