Its not allowed by the manufacturer. Dealers caught doing so will face punitive measures from Toyota.
Nice. We went to a Ford dealership a few months ago and every single new vehicle on their lot (even ICE) had an extra added mark up of $20,000 over the sticker price. The advertisements never mentioned it and just showed the sticker prices. After giving the manager and the salesman a piece of my mind, we walked, never to return.
