We’re again debunking an old claim about the Obamas — this time, linked to another false claim about the late comedian Joan Rivers.
In footage from 2014, Rivers claimed that former President Barack Obama is gay and former first lady Michelle Obama is transgender. An Instagram user sharing that video said Rivers was killed for revealing "the truth."
The user posted the video Jan. 11, which shows Rivers being interviewed on the street. In the clip, Rivers was asked about having officiated a gay wedding the day before.
The off-camera person interviewing Rivers then asked, "Do you think that the United States will see the first gay president or the first woman president?"
Rivers answered, "Well we already have it with Obama, so let’s just calm down. You know Michelle is a t—-," using a slur that’s a reference to transgender people.
When the interviewer asked for clarification, Rivers said, "A transgender. We all know. It’s OK."
A text overlay on the video reads, "It’s a shame they bumped off Joan Rivers because she revealed the TRUTH!" And the post caption says, "Telling the truth in #HollyWEIRD can be dangerous. It can even get you killed. Case in point: the magnificent #JoanRivers."
The post was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed. Rivers, who died in September 2014, was not murdered, and the Obamas are not gay or transgender.

As for the Obamas, this is not the first time this claim has circulated and been debunked. We previously rated two claims that Michelle Obama is a man Pants on Fire! Photos and accounts from her memoir show that she is a cisgender woman.

Just put Michelle Obama’s childhood pictures (or photos) in your favorite search engine. At some point, reality must be acknowledged. As to some of the awful clothes she wore, she was trying to be trendy but ended up being a willing guinea pig for all those “designers” who gave her free clothes. She apparently only had fawners around her, since no one told her that belts of any kind were not good on a large, pear-shaped figure. Neither did they advise her to steer clear of off-the-wall designs that don’t look good on anyone. As I recall, some of the designers who were all the rage for a moment went out of business shortly thereafter.
Every so often, she did wear something that looked good on her, but everyone remembers the horrible belt style which did her no favors. She is tall and awkwardly built, which isn’t her fault. She just doesn’t seem to have good fashion sense about what suits her.
Explain all the crotch bulge pictures and videos. No way is that a feminine napkin. That video of her dancing on the Ellen Show has that johnson bouncing.
The picture that I posted likely has been doctored possibly by people trying to discredit what people saw with their own eyes while watching Michelle on various TV shows. It came from one of several videos that caught people's eye when a noticeable bulge became fairly obvious to most... I am sure that you realize that this type of appendage sometimes seems to have a mind of its own. This phenomenon is likely responsible for several “wardrobe malfunctions”.
All one has to do to find various versions and explanations is search for “Michelle bulge” in any search engine. Since nearly every search engine is controlled by liberals... it would seem that this is being handled in a way that not only attracts interest from conservatives, but is also a wink to the "LGBTQ community" to maintain their support. This was first noticed years ago.
