A rowdy, drunken woman on a flight from Greece to the Big Apple allegedly sexually harassed the man next to her and nearly forced an emergency landing, according to a lawsuit.
The “visibly intoxicated” passenger commented on his “big muscles,” massaged his neck and caressed his inner thigh, and “asked if she could lay on top of me in a ‘non-sexual way,'” according to court papers.
She never should have been allowed to board Flight 203 from Athens to Kennedy Airport, contends the man — who is suing Delta for allegedly overserving her and failing to take his complaints seriously.”
He was ignored because he is a male,” the victim charged in the Brooklyn Federal Court complaint.
The unidentified woman turned her attention on her seatmate a few hours into the Aug. 1 flight, after bingeing on white wine and telling a friend she’d downed a Xanax, the accuser told The Post.
“When we spoke she reeked of alcohol, smelled worse than walking into a bar,” the victim said in a statement via his lawyer, Mark Shirian.
A flight attendant apologized for the behavior but “said he could not do anything about it,” according to court papers.
The victim was eventually forced to sit on a folding chair, while the intoxicated woman allegedly assaulted a Delta staffer, and the cabin crew announced three times they may have to make an emergency stop in Boston due to the drunken behavior, he claims in the legal filing.

Hope he wins big. Its not funny no matter which gender does it. He should also be suing her as well.
But women don’t just have to get over it. You’d be trash talking and saying a guy ought to be jailed under sex assault laws if he would have done the same thing to her.
Drunk women using it as an excuse to go after men who want nothing to do with them and clearly say so repeatedly, is sexual assault.
I don’t take positions that affirm legal and social hypocrisy and double standards.

I’ve had women get real grabby with me a number of times and one publicly threaten me when I blocked her from grabbing my crotch -in a way that if there weren’t plenty of ppl standing there as witnesses I would likely have been assumed to be doing wrong
Just a couple years ago a waitress put her hands on mine after I signed the check and handed me a post it with her phone number -in front of my wife and children. I’m personally pretty effing tired of the attitude that women can behave like trashy whores and it’s ok but god forbid a man do anything they arbitrarily “don’t like”

The waitress was working a tip, go to Florida.
It was down there and it was a family gathering at seafood place and there was probably 10 12 of us and they had a couple waitresses... well this one she was doing the squeeze in between us rubbing body parts on us while serving. I looked at my nephew was sitting next to me and go “boy this one’s really working a tip” he just kind of laughed. But yeah she had the prison tatts and everything.
She earned that tip.
