LOL, his face reminded me of the guy in “Something About Mary” who is stalking the still (at that time) attractive female star.
As the movie progressed, the rashes and skin infections got more pronounced until he looked like this guy.
Fat, (probably) drunk and obviously stupid is no way to go through life son.
