The UFO issue is beside the point - the balloon flap is the issue, and it's being obfuscated by using 'alien' or 'extra-terrestrial' labeling. That is a 'retarded' tactic used by the powers that be to hide their failings with purely human activities - the unchecked reconnaissance acts of another country.
