There are supplements with high amounts of the DHA fatty acid, which would appear to help in the conversion of DHA to our bodies’ DHEA (docosahexaenoyl ethanolamide).
Note this has nothing to do with a different DHEA compound in supplements called, “Dehydroepiandrosterone.”

You can buy DHEA in supplement form too. If I had MS I wouldn’t just count on some of the fish oil being metabolized into it, I’d go straight to the supplement.
