I could not figure out why I had not heard of this author.
After all I sell books.
So I looked her up.
E-books not real books.

I knew someone who had a tenant who was a romance novelist. They make bank. She made a lot of money. She never went to college. But I think it was the 7th book she wrote that finally got published.

E-books are real books, this tech allows more authors to get their books out.

My speculation:
She sounds kooky. Like a fictional character often troubled by her ‘inner demons’. When she’s not getting enough...attention, she tends to create unnecessary drama in her real life, drama usually unvolving men she ever met before.
It’s like an adult version of playing ‘Tag, You’re It!’

And it also allows a bunch of people who never should be published to stick their stuff out there.
It is vanity publishing without even the gate of needing to come up with a couple thousand dollars.
E-book only authors are not real authors. I am sorry if that hurts your feeling.

"Faleena has an infinity symbol on her left wrist, ‘Follow All Instincts’ on her right wrist, a lion face on her left shoulder and a hummingbird on her right ankle.” Those tattoos will come in handy when they find her partially buried, dried up skin-sack of bones in the woods two years from now.

Reasonably attractive for 52

Has mental issues, my guess is she ran into some guy. Best case she is shacked up somewhere. Worst case she is buried in the forest.

It sound like it will be a dead body recovery if a body is ever discovered.

I hear the sheriff found some bear scat containing red lipstick, and some bells that smelled like pepper.

Hard to bury a body here in the area right now. Frost level in the ground is probably 4’ deep or better. Buried in the snow maybe. She may be living out her fantasies with a sugar daddy or on the lam headed south to warmer climates or under the ice along the Snake River somewhere.

Besides, an e-book “store” will never have the smell of an actual bookstore. Especially an “old book” store. I can imagine the smell right know!

And, more importantly, to make more money.
I just wish more e-book writers would use an editor.
