Yeah. Really happy to have relatives who gave my DNA to this criminal government.
You and me both. I wish they had told me ahead of time so I might have been able to dissuade them.

I’ve convinced most of my family NOT to submit their DNA. We wouldn’t want a familial DNA link to the DNA found on the cigarette butts left by ‘D..B. Cooper’ to pop up.
I was visiting with some second cousins, but our grandmothers were twins, so genetically, we are first cousins. 23andMe thought my nephew was his second cousin. (Same genetic match as a first cousin once removed, which he was.)

Ditto. Pisses me off that some of my kin have done that. I won’t even let my cousins, etc., take photos with me in them since there’s about a 50% chance they’ll end up on Facebook. And DNA is 10X worse.
Same. 🙄
right there with you.
I know a person who submitted DNA to 23andMe - her relative who was in the military overseas, suddenly discovered 3 children he fathered while overseas.
Not cool.
I was in the US Navy from 1988-1992, medically discharged and visit the VA for a service connected disability.
The criminal government has had my DNA since 1987, when I joined the D.E.P.
Due to that, I saw no reason not to do an Ancestry.com DNA swap.
