He has said TWICE that the Trump administration failed to identify an even know about these objects and Biden has led the world in finding and tracking these "objects".
BUT, they have no clue what these "objects" are, but they will continue to "monitor". Rest assured, it was Biden and not the previous administration that is all over this, but we don't know what this is.
