I think the list of doctors (?) are following the template layed out by Andrew Wakefield. He is the subject of the book, The Doctor Who Fooled the World, a book by investigative journalist Brian Deer. Wakefield has become one of the most prominent faces of the global anti-vaccine movement. He was so crafty, it took 12 years for him to be stripped of his license to practice.
