What is a ‘nonomole’ other than a typo?

Probably a typo for nanomole. A mole is 6.02E+23 of something, and is a standard SI unit. It’s commonly used in chemistry referring to a number of atoms or molecules. Deriving the meaning of nanomole is left as an exercise to the reader.
