More likely Hispanic, from what I saw 30% of the students are Hispanic.
I think Hispanic, but the feral animal mindset is the root off the problem.
The racial demographic data I could find indicates the following breakdown.
Asian 2%
Hispanic 18%
Blacks 6%
White 70%
Two or more races 4%
