GLENDALE, AZ — One of the iconic moments before kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday is the fighter jet flyover at the end of the National Anthem. And this year's flyover will be historic in its own right.
This year, the U.S. Navy gets the honor, featuring F-18, F-35 and Growler planes stationed at Luke Air Force Base, about seven miles west of State Farm Stadium.
According to Navy officials, this is the first time in US history that those performing the flyover for the big game will be a team of all women. It’s to honor 50 years of women flying in the Navy.

Let the women make the show flights so the male pilots can take a week to get into dogfights with “weather” balloons after a week of tracking and preparation.
As long as these woman were born with 2 X chromosomes and they’re competent pilots, God bless ‘em. (They still don’t belong in combat though)

The military isn’t a social experiment. All this display is is a statement that the Biden administration considers the military to be, first and foremost, a social experiment.

As long as they live their lives vicariously through their favorite team and or player(s) buying tickets and apparel at ridiculously inflated prices it won’t change.
A good old fashioned boycott would take the nfl down a peg or two but I remain skeptical that that would ever happen.....no matter how woke the league gets.

I don’t think there are any Navy aircraft “stationed” at Luke AFB. They may be taking off from there but they aren’t stationed there. Unless I’m wrong but I can’t find any Navy aircraft on permanent assignment there.

Our “brave” military geniuses will likely stage a “genital check” before the activity ... though it likely won’t be televised. Unfortunately, such an inspection may still not prove anything by today’s military “standards”.

That’s because it’s Luke AFB - Air Force Base. If it was Navy, it would be NAS - Naval Air Station.
They are probably at Luke because MEN flew them there so the ladies wouldn’t get lost.
