This was an ACT OF WAR against the largely German owned pipeline network. America is NOT legally at war with either Germany (a supposed ally) or Russia.

It sure is. It will take some time to set in over there but it will. I always thought it strange that Merkel and Hollande came out NOW and admitted that Minsk II was just a trick to buy time to build up the military in US backed former state of Ukraine.

Powerful people in Germany are going to DEMAND answers to WHY she would do such a foolish thing. The table is now set for Merkel to explain that Germany was BLACKMAILED by horrible American troublemakers.
