The Intel Community,....that’s pretty broad? The majority of the “intel community” doesn’t have access to air traffic radar. And the balloons didn’t have transponders, hence, a “spy” balloon. AT controllers might have seen but would have reported a UFO in air traffic and all hell should have broken lose.

This makes no sense.
