All universities are “research universities” now. It’s the newest buzzword and they all have a certificate that proves it. They have risen above mere education. This means your class is taught by a TA, professors never show, and they can jack up the tuition rates.
I left the Triangle Park area in ‘88....thank goodness. Now I’m in the mtns where good caring people are my neighbors and I’m free! Garden, animals, God’s spirit!!
