Isn't this a violation of the Constitution?

And for what purpose is the cheating done?

Is there a point where it should be called malfeasance and racketeering i.e. theft of citizen vote for the purpose of continuing to abscond with taxpayer's money?

Or in the case of the CCP puppet installed in the WH-Are these acts of treason?
