1) No child support obligation for any child born outside marriage.

2) No child support obligation for any child not a man's biological child, as PROVEN by genetic testing. (ie, if she marries a guy, he has NO, ZERO legal obligations for any kids she brings in which are not his)

3) No welfare. If a woman has a child out of wedlock, she has to support it herself by the sweat of her own brow.
