I am tired of the racists on FR that blame skin color when blacks in other nations do not behave this way because those nations do not promote lawless behavior and enforce criminal laws.
It’s learned behavior and culture. 100%. Like most people, I really don’t care what the skin color is, I do care about character. If I see a trashy redneck acting like an idiot, I’ll avoid them the same as I’d avoid any other idiot.
