“Why is their race totally incapable of creating a real civilization?”
This is the question nobody wants to talk about—and is banned at universities—or if they discuss it at all they just lie like rugs.
Just before they banned it (in the 1960s) there was a book by Edward Banfield, a Harvard Professor at the time. It was called “The Unheavenly City” and tried to explain what was necessary to have civilized cities.
He argued that the critical component was social trust based on long term time horizons—in other words people who cared what type of society their grand-children and great grand-children inherited, and were willing to postpone quick gratification to make it happen.
So where does that attitude come from. Is it learned? Is it genetic? Is it a little bit of both?
He never got a chance to try to answer that question in a later book—the topic was totally banned shortly after he wrote the book.
My opinion fwiw—it is a little bit of both—and the genetic component is greater than folks want to think it is.

There is nothing inherent about black citizens being civilized. Before the 1960s, black citizens were some of our strongest and best because they had solid, intact family units.
Blacks in other nations are very family-oriented and community-minded unless those nations are infested with leftists.
The fault lies in the cultural undermining by white leftists. You are seeing this in many white families as well. The left will start to focus on Hispanics next.
It is a disease that will destroy this nation.
So, don’t fall for the trap that skin color has anything to do with it. It is a modern Tuskeegee experiment by communists to destroy the family unit and it worked perfectly.
