We grew up listening to Marty engstrom who worked atop Mt Washington for a long time. His voice and thick accent were a staple every day as we got the weather report from atop the mountain. I remember hearing his voice on the bus radio.check out one of his videos on youtube- once you hear his voice, youll likely never forget it lol.

The best was hearing some “weather observer” clown being interviewed that this is indeed global warming because it has caused the jet stream to bring cold arctic air further south and we are only going to see more of this if we “do not address climate change.”

So yep. More confirmation global warming causes colder weather....

"Mount Washington experiences record-setting wind chill"

This is not news, Mt Washington historically has the most extreme weather on the planet. Breaking records is the norm.

Could be.

Parts of Antarctica get –155°F wind chills, so there is some competition.

One Christmas I was able to come home and my sister and I went skiing when it was -20. We were used to most of January being below zero growing up, so we barely noticed it.
