I was on one such ship. The USS Goodrich, a DDR out of Mayport Florida.
Good going sailor. I’m just saying if you guys were good enough to find the astronauts in the deep blue sea fifty plus years ago the navy should be good enough with all that cool new technology to find the pieces of a balloon a few miles off South Carolina.
