I’m a chicken egg man. Raise them ourselves. Would like to give that a try. I've read that 2 laying hens can supply enough eggs for a small family. Is that accurate?

Grey - I haven’t replied to your freepmail yet but I may not have much useful info, I will reply later. Definitely only organic grains, no roundup on them.
I gave a friend who could never eat wheat a loaf of home made bread, all organic ingredients. She ate it and had no problems. She was amazed.
