FACT.... cop had zero legal reason to fire. No crime was happening worse than trespassing. The offender was a small unarmed woman. She was in a vulnerable position climbing through a small window. He skipped over every lesser use of force. He could have grabbed and arrested her. He could have used a baton, he could have pepper sprayed her or used a taser.
He went straight to guns and murdered her without any verbal warning despite his safe position of advantage.
This was outright murder. If someone small unarmed woman was climbing into the window of a mayors office and the local cops simply gunned her down. The entire FBI and DOJ would descend on that town.
McCarthy is turning out to be just what I suspected he would be. A moral and physical coward.
