Yep, I finally got COVID this week. Sore throat first day, second day fatigue. Third day woke with fever - 101 - body aches and chills. Took Advil, symptoms subsided. Day 4, joints ached but no fever and didn’t take Advil. Day 5??? Woke up feeling great.

I decided 2 years ago I was over COVID and never looked back as I moved back into a normal routine. Been taking that stack - not his but all separate - along with a few other items for a year. My China flu wasn’t even a bad cold. Just sayin...
