This vaccine was already in production when Covid hit so those time numbers wouldn’t be accurate. Not doubting your quote but why haven’t Birx and Fauci come out with accusations pinning this all on Trump which they would do in a heartbeat because they hate him and certainly don’t want to take the blame. They haven’t though and they’ve defended the vaccine.
