No, they are all connected back to the Soviet Union... Russia hasn’t been sponsoring terrorists. They beat back our ISIS rebels, they warned us about the Boston Bombers, and they fought a very hard war against Chechyn separatists.
Soviet Union was bad, Russia has been a decent nation. Building churches and opposing terrorism.

Russia is still actively supporting some to this day. Hezbollah, for example. Or their Chechnyan “allies”.
