Yokes on you!!!
No seriously, How many egg yokes do you need to eat to ward off Covid?
And where can you get pasteurized egg yoke product? Egg whites is easy to find. Whole egg product much harder, though you can always crack a few eggs.

Drink eggnog. The rum will kill the bacteria, no need to pasteurize.

I read the summary (which is research from 2020) and it's hard to decipher if they used raw eggs to extract the IgY. “ maximum inhibition of 75.86%...only about 10% of the IgYs specifically recognized SARS-CoV-2, and the proportion of IgYs with neutralizing activity was even lower...The use of IgYs in aerosol or spray formulations on the respiratory tract, the oral cavity, and even the digestive tract may be a worthwhile strategy.”
Some asian cultures enjoy raw eggs on their rice dishes; it's an acquired taste. Eggs in asia are almost all unpasteurized eggs; commercial eggs in the US are all pasteurized (and why they have to be refrigerated). The study doesn't say if the egg IgY’s are affected by pasteurization.
