Good video. It confirms what I learned about Vitamin D from Dr. Roger Seheult almost three years ago (April 21, 2020) on his
Coronavirus Update 59: Dr. Roger Seheult's Daily Regimen (Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Quercetin, NAC). He starts off with a February 15, 2017 paper that covered a meta-analysis of over 11,000 subjects. The authors asked if Vitamin D could prevent acute respiratory tract infections. The answer was yes. For those with a Vit D deficiency (common in northern latitudes in winter), the Number Needed to Treat was only 4 to avoid infection, an astoundingly low NNT. It's good to see Campbell again confirming this.
Vitamin D supplementation to prevent acute respiratory tract infections: systematic review and meta-analysis of individual participant data
I started the Dr. Seheult regimen (similar to the many other COVID prophylaxis protocols) and I have not had a single respiratory infection since. I have always had one or two colds per year with most progressing to bronchitis and, in 2019, progressing to walking pneumonia. So I'm a believer in Vit D, zinc, NAC, Vit C, Quercetin, melatonin, and Black Seed Oil.

Here is the Adjusted Odds Ratio chart. Left of the "1" vertical line indicates that was not a random effect.

I take those and others with the exception of black seed oil, and do not get colds, but sure as heck got hit by COVID (3 times).
