According to the internet, this was her third-ever on-screen performance.

The episode was called "The Bye Bye Sky High IQ Case," originally broadcast in 1977, 46 years ago.

That’s interesting. I don’t think I’ve seen that Columbo. I do remember her mom Janet Leigh from a really great Columbo episode, though.
